Gatwick Holiday Parking is located on the airport campus and offers the best value on-airport parking options to suit every budget.
We offer a range of on-airport Valet parking options for passengers flying from both North and South terminals, that are just a short, free shuttle bus ride away from the terminals.
How do I amend my booking?
You can amend your booking online* using the Manage My Booking section without needing to pay any administration or cancellation fees, as long as you amend or cancel your booking at least 1 hour before your arrival time. .
For online amendments to your booking you will not be charged an administration fee. If there is a difference in price for your amended booking, for example if you move your parking booking to a different arrival date, terminal or product that is more expensive, you will have to pay the difference.
For both amendments and cancellations, if you choose to amend or cancel over the phone with our call centre you will be charged a £5.00 administration fee.
If you have booked Summer Special (non-refundable) or Winter Special (non-refundable) you will be able to modify some details of your booking online, for example update the contact and car registration details. You will not be able to cancel or modify the dates of your travel online, and you will not receive a refund if you do not travel.
How do I cancel my car park booking?
You can cancel or change your car park booking up to 1 hour before your arrival time. By visiting the Manage My Booking section with your booking reference and email address, you can cancel your booking, make changes to your contact or car registration details and car park up to 1 hour before your scheduled entry time.
Will you move my car whilst I’m away?
Gatwick Holiday Parking offers on-airport valet parking options and your car will be moved to a secure on-site storage facility whilst you are away. Your car will not be moved off the airport campus whilst you’re away.
How secure is the car park?
Gatwick Holiday Parking is secured with ANPR barrier access and is regularly patrolled by Gatwick Airport security staff. Gatwick Holiday Parking is well-lit and Park Mark approved.
How far in advance can I book parking with Gatwick Holiday Parking?
You can book parking up to a year in advance of your travel date. We recommend booking in advance to enjoy the best prices.
Can I make a booking today to park at the airport today?
You may be able to book a parking space on the day that you need it, although we cannot guarantee this. We advise booking in advance to guarantee a space, particularly during peak seasons.
My vehicle details have changed. What should I do?
You can amend the details of the car attached to your booking up to 1 hour before you’re due to arrive at the airport.Simply log in to the Manage My Booking section.
What if I return later than the date/time on the booking??
You will be charged for the additional days in which you stay in the car park, based on the overstay rate applicable to the car park.
I’ve made a booking of Winter Special (non-refundable) and need to make a change, what do I do?
You will be able to modify some details of your booking online, for example update the contact and car registration details.
Winter Special is a non-refundable parking product and you will not be able to cancel or modify the dates of your booking online or receive a refund if you do not travel.
If you need to change the dates of your travel please contact our call centre team who will be able to provide support in re-booking your parking.
